Come and join us for a 3 day, 2 night yoga retreat in the beautiful Bay of Islands.  Longer stays welcome.


As well as four yoga sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the coast, bush trails and the sub-tropical gardens of our retreat. You can choose to be as active or relaxed as you want.


Our yoga instructor Lisa teaches alignment focused Vinyasa flow classes for beginner to intermediate levels. Her classes incorporate asana, pranayama and mindfulness – building strength and stamina, while increasing flexibility and fluidity of movement through the power of connecting to the breath.

Anais is our other yoga instructor.  She is a certified 200h YTT Hatha-Vinyasa yoga instructor and is now training in yoga therapy. Anais teaches beginner and intermediate levels and is always aware of people's abilities and injuries, allowing anyone to fully embody its own practice and get the best of it.   Anais's classes can be yin and restorative or yang and energizing depending on the students' energy levels and needs. A dynamic Vinyasa flow will connect movement and breath, balancing out effort and relaxation, while a Yin or Restorative practice will enhance a meditative state a therapeutic effect on the body and on the mind.

We have other yoga teachers available offering alternative styles of yoga, this includes Hot Yoga. 


Our 3 day retreat includes

  • 1x yoga session on your arrival and last day, 2 sessions on your second day

  • Airport shuttle from Kerikeri Airport, or local bus station


  • Accommodation for two nights

  • 1x massage or spa treatment to the value of $100 (menu available)

  • A bike ride, coastal or bush walk

  • A day trip to Russell or visit to local market

  • Time to enjoy our salt water pool, Jacuzzi and sauna

  • Delicious plant-based meals with option to get involved in the cooking 


  • Private room/luxury tent/eco pod - $1,020 (see our room options, bookings are taken on a first to book basis)

  • Shared room - $850 (you must have someone to share with)

Looking to stay for longer? We can arrange packages for any length of stay.  We require a 50% deposit on booking to secure your stay.
