To achieve your goals and overcome challenges in life you need to feel good about yourself. To feel good about yourself we believe you need a healthy diet, regular exercise, the opportunity to enjoy nature and someone to support you.

Philippa will work with you to create the type of retreat you need and make sure you are comfortable with the schedule. You might want to be very active and social or you may prefer more time to relax and unwind. It's totally up to you. 

Yoga Retreat

Come and join us for a 3 day, 2 night yoga retreat in the beautiful Bay of Islands.  Longer stays welcome.

 

As well as four yoga sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the coast, bush trails and the sub-tropical gardens of our retreat. You can choose to be as active or relaxed as you want.

 

Our yoga instructor Lisa teaches alignment focused Vinyasa flow classes for beginner to intermediate levels. Her classes incorporate asana, pranayama and mindfulness – building strength and stamina, while increasing flexibility and fluidity of movement through the power of connecting to the breath.

Bootcamp Retreat

Try our 3 or 6 day boot camp retreat and we guarantee you will lose fat and gain confidence. 

 

Our boot camps are aimed at all fitness levels so don't feel nervous about signing up. We have a variety of activities which can be adapted and we only take on a small number of guests at a time. It will be a wonderful opportunity to try new things, learn good techniques and see what works for you. Perfect for beginners.

Active Holidays
