To achieve your goals and overcome challenges in life you need to feel good about yourself. To feel good about yourself we believe you need a healthy diet, regular exercise, the opportunity to enjoy nature and someone to support you.
Philippa will work with you to create the type of retreat you need and make sure you are comfortable with the schedule. You might want to be very active and social or you may prefer more time to relax and unwind. It's totally up to you.

Full use of our facilities (salt water pool, spa pool, private gym & infrared sauna)

Daily activities such as, mountain biking, hiking, exploring the Bay of Islands and paddle boarding

Please note all of the above are optional, we never force anyone to attend any of the activities or sessions involved. We allow plenty of time for you to unwind and relax also. If you wish to have more private personal training, yoga, massages and spa treatments these can be arranged at extra cost.
