Philippa Cooper

Philippa formerly owned Drury Fitness in Auckland and has an all round background in body building and triathlons. She loves motivating people of all ages, helping them set goals, find balance in their lives, and learn about food for health.  She is a weight loss consultant, having undertaken numerous nutrition, sports nutrition and food psychology courses; is a wellness coach, and also prepares people for body building and sporting goals.  Philippa is a REPS NZ registered personal trainer and a Thump boxing trainer.  PT4ME and Bay of Islands Health Retreat are also both registered members of the Exercise Association of New Zealand.   Take away with you exercise and diet plans. You will love the rest of our team - Janine for massage and spa treatments, Lisa for yoga, Kat for reflexology.

Peter Cooper

Pete comes from a football playing and coaching background, is an awesome motivator, spin instructor, boxing fitness instructor, adult and kids sports trainer.   Pete (and other staff) will take you all over the Bay of Islands kayaking, mountain biking, cycling the Twin Coast Cycle Trail, on bush and coastal walks or runs ..., ensuring that you enjoy your stay with us and achieve as much as possible!
