Meet Paul,

Our in house Personal Trainer.

Paul O'Connor, Gym Manager and Personal Trainer 

After serving four years in the British Armed Forces as a Physical Training Instructor, working alongside Physical Therapists, training new recruits and preparing infantry units for Pre-Deployment training. Paul then moved into Personal Training once he left the military, his key focusing areas are to educate people on how to adapt to a healthier relationship within fitness and nutrition.  


Paul has a wide variety of unique approaches to help others accelerate their fitness journey. Paul believes starting from a positive healthy mindset and having a solid foundation of education is key to any success in life. Adopting this method can make this new healthier lifestyle transformation more enjoyable, gain confidence and feel more empowered.  

Whether its Personal Training or Group Classes Paul's main priority is to keep it enjoyable and tailored to suit all fitness levels while delivering education on technique to help gain that extra confidence.
