Our boot camps are aimed at all fitness levels so don't feel nervous about signing up. We have a variety of activities which can be adapted and we only take on a small number of guests at a time. It will be a wonderful opportunity to try new things, learn good techniques and see what works for you. Perfect for beginners.

What’s included?

  • Shared or private room – our boutique retreat has a selection of luxurious rooms including glamping tents. Accommodation will be allocated depending on availability. Towels, bath robes and toiletries included.

  • Health assessment and goal setting – you’ll have a session with our wellness consultant on arrival which will look at a variety of different criteria to set your health goals. We’ll do an assessment again at the end of your stay to show you what you’ve achieved.

  • Daily off-site activity – we are lucky to be situated in an incredible location with countryside and coastal trails perfect for hiking or biking. Each day we’ll do a fun activity which will burn a lot of calories!!

  • Daily gym classes – our schedule will include up to three classes per day including cycle fit, boxing, boot camp training and HIIT sessions. We have a fully equipped gym and outdoor training area on site which is open to you throughout your stay.

  • Healthy and tasty meals – designed to support your weight loss. Don’t worry, we won’t starve you. We believe that feeding you plenty of the right food will do a better job. We'll give you some great ideas to do at home.

  • Time to relax in our salt water pool, Jacuzzi and sauna – set in a sub-tropical garden, our facilities create the perfect relaxing environment to read or just listen to nature. We believe that relaxing and having time for yourself is just as important as nutrition and exercise.

  • Free pick up – don’t worry about getting to or from the retreat, we’ll pick you up from either the Bay of Islands Airport or local bus station. Just let us know when to come and get you.

  • Spa treatments may be added on to your package.



  • 6 day/5 night boot camp – shared room $1600/person, private room $1850/ person (see our room options, bookings are taken on a first to book basis)

  • 3 day/2 night boot camp – shared room $640/person, private room $740/person​

  • For the "shared room" option you must have someone to share with.  We require a 50% deposit upon booking to secure your place.
