If for any reason you are unable to attend your retreat, we have the following policies in place us as we have reserved a space especially for you, and have forgone other bookings:
Unless you are paying in full for your retreat at the time of booking (for instance if you are taking up one of our great offers), you will need to pay a $500 deposit at the time of booking. The balance of your fee must then be paid 30 days prior to your attendance.
Cancellations within 30 days from the start of your retreat - deposits are non-refundable. At this stage however, it is possible for you to transfer your retreat to someone else, or to reschedule to a time that works better for you, as long as you advise us of the details, without any loss of deposit.
Cancellations less than 14 days from your retreat start date - 50% of the remainder of your retreat cost may be withheld unless your space can be filled by a full-paying guest.
Should you need to leave during your stay, no refunds will be given.
It may be appropriate for you to take out travel insurance if you think this may be an issue for you. Where possible we do try to be as flexible as possible.
