COVID-19 Refund Policy
If you need to change or cancel your retreat due to COVID-19 alert level changes, we will first endeavour to find an alternative date for your retreat. If we are not able to find a new date to suit, we will honour a full refund.
BOIHR may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. Please check back every now and then to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 1 January 2021.
We may collect the following information:
your full name
contact information including email address and/or phone number
a summary of your health and wellness goals
What we do with the information we gather:
We require this information to help us understand your particular needs so that we can design a retreat that will really make a difference. We may ask you questions about previous work you have undertaken to achieve your goals, what worked, what didn't work. This is to ensure the work we do together will support you in making long lasting positive changes.
Security of information gathered:
We take the safekeeping of your information seriously. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, your information is stored electronically on a secure database that can only be accessed by authorised BOIHR staff members and only when using protected, authorised devices.
We will not sell or lease any personal information to third parties. We will only pass information onto other service providers if we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, email us at email@example.com so that we can correct any information found to be incorrect.
